We practice positivity and we aspire to produce meaning. It doesn’t look the same for everyone, but through a process-driven approach, we are able to identify what makes an impact. This includes monthly "Culture Club" meetings, frequent internal surveys, and office activities such as Party in the Park or No-Shave November.
